The State Government of Maharashtra is floating its new lottery system MHADA Lottery 2015 for a larger housing scheme for Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority. There are a number of MHADA flats in the 2015 lotter as for Mumbai they were 997 flats and for other areas too. In the December lottery of MHADA 2015, a total of 3,000 flats would be launched.

As of now, the MHADA has uploaded and released a list of those applicants whose refunds could not be processed for unavoidable reasons such as invalid MICR code, invalid bank account, invalid IFSC or due to any other reason.
A total of 2430 candidates are in the list of applicants who have not yet got their refunds. In order to get their application money back, these applicants would have to provide a fresh application mentioning their correct bank details like bank account, MICR code, IFSC, etc.

On the same link, an application form is attached that would ask the applicant to fill it afresh and submit for successful refund.
The applicants are required to take a print out of the form, fill it and submit it to MHADA. It is noteworthy to mention that while you are taking a print out of the form, make sure that you do not print out the entire document, since it is a long list of applicants that you may not really require.
