Another complaint coming up from distributors is that if a consumer has penned down his name as ‘Akashi G’ instead of ‘Akashi Gupta’ in the bank records and to distributors, there can be a problem in the transfer.
Even the latest of complaints coming up as on January 20, 2015 states that a customer from Tamilnadu who already has submitted Aadhar along with bank details, linked bank-distributor portals but the subsidy is still not credited to his account. The customer received an SMS stating that the Transfer of subsidy failed with your account. After a talk with the bank as well as the distributor, none of them is taking the responsibility as to why the subsidy transfer to his account failed. A Reason Unknown making the general audience more sceptical of the scheme which needs better transparency.
